Why I coach differently

I work with busy moms, so I decided to actually coach in a way that serves that community best. I am also a busy homeschooling mother, author, podcaster, and business owner, so this has to work for my life, too.

Traditionally, coaches offer packages anywhere from $1,000 to $10,000 and their programs involve face to face meetups or live virtual ones that take a full hour at a time. Many of them offer group programs over Zoom on other virtual platforms. I don't want to do it like them.

Personally, I like to get to the point. I would rather spend a meaningful 15 minutes with a client that gives them a revelation, rather than dragging things out for an hour just to fill the time. I'm not interested in overexplaining exactly why everything works and droning on about how much I know. I cut to the chase and get to the heart of matters as quickly as I can. I keep things simple. My methods are simple. Implementing them is, yes you guessed it: simple. We don't need to waste time, and we moms can't afford to.

Another reason is that my approach makes for better results. A huge part of coaching is asking the right questions and allowing for self-reflection. My clients need time to process, rather than think about things on the spot and come up with superficial answers. Journaling and wrestling with ideas few a couple of days brings better clarity and results.

I coach through my content. My audio course gives clients the framework and the information they need. My follow up via email, video chats, and texts help them apply what they are learning to their specific situations, emotions, and their brain. It saves time because by the time we connect, the foundational work is already started and we can hit the ground running.

It takes less time, so I don't charge an arm and a leg for it. My clients get to save money, and I get to do what I love the most: show them the blueprints to building a life of freedom. So what do you say? Would you like to be coached differently? Sign up here.
