Services do not include the diagnosis or treatment of mental health or other conditions and the proper professionals should be consulted before any treatments are considered.

scope of service

program access includes podcast content, digital and print resources provided, and access to additional training (pre-recorded or live). services rendered include all communications via email, text, call and video chat. continued access is predicated on continued active membership. failed subscription payments will result in interruption of program access and services.

arbitration

Disagreements will be managed outside of court and third party mediation must be sought prior to any legal actions.

Maximum damages: Legal dispute damages can not exceed the full amount of fees collected at the start of agreement. Liabilities are limited to actual cost and no additional damages can be claimed.

refund policy

Our memberships, courses and coaching packages are non-refundable; please do not invest in a program with us unless you are taking serious your financial obligation and fully intend to work through the program.
